Debbie worked with VELUX during a four-month period in 2017 where she helped manage projects in our busy creative services department. In her role, Debbie fulfilled design requests from our national salesforce, including the editing and creation of numerous literature and marketing pieces. Debbie approached every day with a happy, helpful and pleasant demeanor and was well-liked by those in the department. During her tenure, Debbie also worked hard to develop new skills that should enhance her abilities outside the traditional graphic design spectrum. She has a long history within the printing industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to that arena.

Debbie was wonderful to work with during our time together at JELD-WEN. In addition to her caring, warm, and genuine personality; she took her projects seriously – a trait that I held in high esteem because I was frequently under tight deadlines. Having to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage a variety of projects across multiple product lines/channels – she excelled at prioritization, turning work around quickly, and adhering to brand standards. Detailed-oriented and always in pursuit of the most positive outcome possible, Debbie would inquire about all of the aspects of a project to ensure she had complete understanding of what the finished product needed to be. When we were building out the design team in Charlotte, Debbie was one of the graphic designers we selected to add her skills to the team. Debbie always demonstrated her commitment to seeing a project through, turning concepts and layouts around quickly to ensure deadlines were met. She also sought out opportunities to take on additional responsibilities within the team, and build her skillset. Due to a corporate restructuring, Debbie and I are no longer working together. However, I am confident she will be an asset to the next organization.

I just wanted to let you all know that the shipment of cds arrived yesterday an they look amazing, thanks to all of

you. As we opened the first box, full excitement and joy, all I could think of was the team that helped create this powerful

cd and how much I am inspired by all of you and the inspiration that this album will share with so many,

I can only say thanks you, thank you for your hard work , thank you for your patience with our learning curve, thank you to all the attention you put into the detail of the music, the art, the massage, On a personal note thanks you for reminding me that it is ok, to say ‘I don’t know’ you all made it so easy for me to not be afraid to ask questions.
